Vehicle listings on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell. All vehicle descriptions, photographs, mileage, options, equipment, condition reports, VINs, and pricing are believed to be accurate at the time of posting but are subject to errors, omissions, prior sale, and changes without notice.
Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, transportation, and any dealer-installed accessories unless explicitly stated. Promotional offers, incentives, and financing rates may have eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
The classic and pre-owned vehicles offered by Larry's Auto Sales are inspected to the best of our ability; however, age-related wear, restoration history, mechanical condition, and originality should be independently verified by a buyer or qualified third party prior to purchase.
3. Inquiries, Quotes & Reservations
When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or reserve a vehicle through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding sales contract. A binding agreement is formed only upon execution of a written purchase agreement and receipt of any required deposit by the Dealer.
Reservations and deposits, where accepted, are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation or quote, including (without limitation) where there has been a pricing error, vehicle is no longer available, or buyer eligibility cannot be verified.
4. Financing & Third-Party Services
Financing options, payment estimates, monthly payment calculators, trade-in valuations, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and insurance products that may be promoted on the Site are provided by independent third parties. Such offerings are subject to credit approval, underwriting, eligibility, and the terms of the issuing party.
Estimated monthly payments shown anywhere on the Site are illustrative only, do not include taxes or fees, and are not an offer of credit. Actual rates, terms, down payment requirements, and final monthly amounts are determined by the lender at the time of application.
5. Vehicle Condition & "As-Is" Sales
Unless explicitly stated in writing in a separate warranty document, all pre-owned and classic vehicles sold by Larry's Auto Sales are sold "AS-IS" with all faults and without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all repairs after purchase. The Dealer encourages all buyers to perform a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic of their choice and to review all available history reports.
6. Test Drives & Showroom Visits
Test drives are offered at the Dealer's discretion and require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and compliance with our test-drive policy. By participating in a test drive or showroom visit, you agree to operate the vehicle safely and lawfully and acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage caused by your negligence, misuse, or violation of law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We may arrange or coordinate vehicle shipping through licensed third-party carriers. Shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on route, season, fuel surcharges, vehicle condition, and carrier availability. Title and risk of loss for any vehicle shipped pass to the buyer in accordance with the written purchase agreement and applicable Uniform Commercial Code provisions.
The Dealer is not liable for damage, delay, or loss caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. Buyers should inspect a vehicle upon delivery and note any concerns on the bill of lading.
9. License & Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, Larry's Auto Sales and its licensors own all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, photographs, vehicle imagery, layout, and code, in the content of the Site. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not, without our prior written consent:
- Republish, redistribute, or syndicate Site content on another website or platform
- Sell, rent, sub-license, or commercially exploit Site content

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
